Bowser has announced that a project announced in August 2023 has been cancelled: Baldwin diesel switchers in a variety of model numbers and road names have all been cancelled.
FIRECROWN MEDIA ADJUSTMENTS:
Firecrown Media has previously announced the discontinuance of Classic Trains magazine, with related material now to be published in Trains magazine.
Firecrown Media has now announced that the September 2026 and February 2027 issues of Trains magazine will be digital only. That is, there will not be printed issues of the magazine for September or February. Apparently this will continue in this manner so that there will be ten printed copies of Trains magazine each year, with two months being digital only.
