The Train Station accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, and American Express. Cashier's checks, money orders, business checks, and personal checks are also accepted. All checks must be in U.S. funds. If payment is by personal or business check, merchandise may be held pending clearance of your check.
Shipping in the contiguous 48 states will be a minimum charge of $12.98. Alaska, Hawaii, and foreign addresses will be actual shipping plus $5.00 handling. We prefer to ship via United Parcel Service; shipment by other providers may be more expensive and/or slower. Shipments by United Parcel Service are insured for full actual value.
U.S. Postal Service (surface or air) has varying maximum insurance coverages determined by the Postal Service. Higher value shipments by mail are made at the customer's risk.
A refund, credit or exchange will be provided if an item is returned within seven (7) days of receipt by the customer. A telephone call explaining the circumstances would be appreciated. A copy of the sales receipt is required for all returns. Returns later than this seven (7) day period will not be honored.
Ohio residents must include appropriate sales tax for their county.
The Train Station accepts orders via mail, telephone, fax, or the following (secure) electronic E-mail order form. If you are sending payment via the mail, The Train Station will hold an item seven (7) days for receipt of payment. After seven days, the merchandise will no longer be held and will be returned to inventory.
